QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  2. Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.
  3. Always punctual.
  4. Demonstrated ability to perform custodial and special duties as assigned.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lift 35-60 pounds.
  6. Must be able to read and write the English language and be able to follow basic oral and written directions.
  7. Must have high expectations and standards of job performance.
  8. Must be able to work well with adults and children.
  9. Ability to work independently with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
  10. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high degree of efficiency and attention to details.
  11. Routine cleaning duties will include emptying trash, mopping and disinfecting floors, cleaning and disinfecting sinks, mirrors and toilet bowls, urinals and pipes.
  12. Ability to replace hand soap, paper towels and tissue supplies as needed.
  13. Ability to clean doors, partitions, walls, ceilings and replace lights as needed.
  14. Ability to vacuum all carpeted areas, empty pencil sharpeners and dust all ledges and other surfaces.
  15. Ability to clean, setup and put away tables after meals.
  16. Ability to participate in site-based decision making process.
  17. Other duties as assigned.
